Jack Hsin, Co-Founder/General Manager
Jack co-founded HS Solutions in 2006. He is involved with all aspects of the business from headquarter operations and business development to project management and joint ventures/partnerships. Prior to HS Solutions, Jack garnered a diverse business background in information technologies, accounting/finance, and real estate. However, his primary experience was in IT consulting specializing in designing and implementing complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for clients ranging from Fortune 500 to startups and the public sector. Certified as a public accountant in Maryland, he has an M.B.A and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Arash Raznahan, Director of Technologies
Arash started working with HS Solutions as an implementation partner in 2007, and came on board as Director of Technologies in 2011. He brings deep implementation and installation experience, and is the resident expert in all of the company’s capabilities. He is also responsible for all on-site operations, which includes managing projects from design to delivery, and managing the company’s PMs as well as non-office staff such as foremen and technicians. Arash started in the telecommunications industry in 2001, and quickly founded his own firm a few years later. After enjoying a successful partnership with HS Solutions for five years he decided to join the company in 2011. Arash is a BICSI-certified technician and holds a B.S. in Hardware Engineering from South Tehran University.
Din Hsin, Principal
Din joined HS Solutions in 2007. He is in charge of finance, human resources, services and the overall day-to-day operations. Prior to joining HS Solutions, he worked in various roles within the data center operations at AOL. Din began his career as an implementation consultant for Computer Associates, where he focused on implementing supply chain software, and later as an MCSE and CCNA professional implementing Microsoft IT at Fortune 500 companies. Din has a B.S. in Logistics and Supply Chain from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
